Android Express is expanding and looking for an experienced, energetic, and organized Business Operation Manager to lead and streamline operations across all our retail outlets and showrooms!

Position: Business Operation Manager
Company: Android Express
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Age Limit: 25 – 35 Years
📋 Key Responsibilities:
Multi-Showroom Management: Supervise and monitor daily activities across all showrooms to ensure operational excellence.
Staff Supervision & Team Coordination: Guide, motivate, and follow up on store staff performance, schedules, and targets.
Liaison with Showroom Managers: Maintain smooth, effective communication and collaboration with all outlet and showroom managers.
Stock & Inventory Control: Oversee product replenishment, manage stock movements, audit inventory, and prevent loss or shortages.
Product Merchandising: Ensure visually appealing product displays, promotional setups, and alignment with brand merchandising guidelines.
Company Compliance & Regulations: Implement and enforce company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and service quality standards.
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: BBA / MBA (Graduates in Management, Marketing, or Supply Chain preferred).
Prior experience in retail showroom management, retail operations, or stock/inventory supervision is strongly preferred.
Strong leadership, conflict-resolution, and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail.
💰 Compensation & Benefits:
Basic Salary: BDT 20,000 – 25,000
Travel Allowance & Daily Allowance (TA / DA)
