M Cube TechOps is looking for a motivated and experienced Digital Marketing & B2B Lead Generation Specialist to join our team.

💼 Key Responsibilities

* Manage and grow our Facebook & LinkedIn pages

* Create engaging social media content

* Develop digital marketing strategies

* Generate qualified international B2B leads through LinkedIn

* Conduct professional outreach and follow-ups

* Research markets, competitors, and potential clients

* Maintain lead databases and prepare marketing reports

* Work with the Business Development team to convert leads into clients

🎯 Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

- Experience with Facebook & LinkedIn business pages

- Proven B2B lead generation experience

- Excellent English communication & copywriting skills

- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite & AI marketing tools

- LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience is a plus

- Strong research, communication, and organizational skills

- Experience in IT, SaaS, AI, or software companies is preferred
