Job requirements:
-Excellent computer skills (MS Office package -especially MS Word, MS Excel, PFD edit etc), Internet browsing, Email Correspondence, and experience in organizing video conferencing meetings.
-The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Human Resource Management, experience in the administrative position.
-Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Ability to work independently, handle confidential information, and prioritize tasks.
-Able to work under pressure.
-Must be punctual

Job Responsibilities:
• Recruitment process like CV screening, interview, Offering or whatever
• Publish and remove job ads
• Support the team with general office tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments & so on
• Execute various administrative duties such as filing, record keeping, correspondence
• Continues follow-up HR and admin activities with all Departments and ensures timely support, coordination, and communication with the employees.
• Supervise attendance records, salary calculation, and disbursement.
• Supervise and manage day-to-day office costs for repairs, office equipment, etc., with the help of finance, admin, and IT to ensure that the office runs smoothly.
• Monitor and manage employee time off requests, including sick leave, vacation, and personal days
• Energetic, confident and proactive.
• Communication with different authorities when required.
• Any other special assignments from Management.
