The easiset and CHEAPEST way to improve the sound of your IEM is to change the eartips. Different eartips alter the sound in slightly different ways which may tune the sound more to your preference. A lot of us IEM users have a collection of eartips to use with different IEMS for different flavours and to use with any IEM that we might get our hands on (we often have more than we care to admit).
