We are seeking skilled AI Engineers to develop and deploy AI solutions using the latest AI services, including Microsoft Copilot Studio, AIFoundry, OpenAI, DeepSeek, or other Large Language Models (LLMs) or services. The ideal candidate will leverage prompt engineering techniques and integrate these AI models with our local application databases and other proprietary data sources to create intelligent, scalable AI-powered applications.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions using state-of-the-art LLMs.
Utilize prompt engineering techniques to optimize AI model responses and behavior.
Integrate AI models with internal databases, APIs, and enterprise applications.
Fine-tune LLMs on proprietary datasets to improve performance and relevance.
Research and experiment with new AI technologies to enhance business processes.
Collaborate with software developers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-powered features.
Monitor AI system performance and continuously improve accuracy, efficiency, and response quality.
Ensure ethical AI implementation and compliance with data privacy regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in AI development, NLP, or machine learning projects.
Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, OpenAI, DeepSeek, or other LLMs.
Proficiency in prompt engineering and AI model fine-tuning.
Strong programming skills in Python/.NET/JavaScript.
Experience with API integration, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and vector databases.
Understanding of database management and AI-driven data retrieval techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment and solve complex problems.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
Familiarity with Azure OpenAI Service, Copilot Studio, LangChain, or similar AI frameworks.
Experience working with embedding models, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and AI pipelines.
Knowledge of MLOps, AI deployment strategies, and model optimization techniques.
