Our solutions include ERP, HRM, CRM, Accounting, Manufacturing, Inventory, VAT, POS, BI, and

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Drive enterprise software and training business growth.
• Identify new clients and manage the complete sales cycle.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and solution consulting.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, tenders, and business presentations.
• Build relationships with corporate, government, NGO, and development partners.
• Coordinate with implementation and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Promote corporate training and skill development programs.
• Prepare business reports, maintain CRM, and achieve sales targets.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Bachelor's degree in CSE, IT, BBA, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Software, ERP, SaaS, IT Solution Sales, or Business Development.
• Experience in corporate sales, training business, or donor-funded projects will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
