We are looking for a talented Digital/Social media Jr. Executive to administer our social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating original text, image content with graphic and video content, managing posts and responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.

As a Digital/Social media Jr. Executive, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.

Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of apps/web traffic and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform research on current design trends and audience preferences.
2. Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
3. Set specific objectives for social media.
4. Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (For example original text, photos, videos and news but not violated any copy right acts.)
5. Monitor SEO and apps/web traffic & social media apps/web/account/page/channel/vlog/link/post/title/comment box.
6. Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure service consistency.
7. Increase & Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews real time basis.
8. Oversee Digital media accounts’ design (For Example Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout).
9. Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
10. Stay up-to-date with trends in social media, design tools and applications.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's/Diploma/ degree in Marketing or certified in digital media course.
2. Good to have Digital Media Manage skills:
3. Work experience as a Digital media is preferable.
4. Hands on experience in content management
5. Excellent copywriting skills
6. Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
7. Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
8. Knowledge of online marketing channels
9. Excellent communication skills
10. Analytical and multitasking skills

Workplace: Work from home, Work at office.

Job Hour: 10 AM-7 PM

Compensation:
