⏰ Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM

About the Role

V2 Technologies Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Support Intern to join our IT team. This internship offers hands-on experience supporting multiple companies and approximately 200 employees while developing practical skills in IT support, networking, system administration, automation, and IT service management.

Key Responsibilities

💻 End User Support

* Provide hardware and software troubleshooting and support.
* Install and configure Windows 10/11 and Linux operating systems.
* Install and configure Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud.
* Configure Microsoft Outlook and email accounts.
* Troubleshoot printers, scanners, and CCTV systems.
* Install drivers and other common business applications.

🌐 Network Support

* Assist in configuring routers, switches, and wireless access points.
* Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity issues.
* Support IP configuration and basic network monitoring.

🖥️ Server & Systems

* Assist in maintaining NAS, File Servers, and Tally Server.
* Monitor server health and system availability.
* Support the maintenance of Windows Server services.

📝 Documentation

* Maintain IT asset inventory.
* Update IT support tickets and documentation.
* Create user guides and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Contribute to the internal IT Knowledge Base.

Required Skills

* Basic computer hardware troubleshooting
* Windows 10/11 installation and configuration
* Microsoft Office
* Basic networking (IP, LAN, Wi-Fi)
* Google Workspace
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong willingness to learn and grow

Preferred Skills

* CCTV & IP Camera configuration

Are you passionate about automation, cloud technologies, and building reliable systems? We’re looking for a DevOps Intern who’s eager to learn, experiment, and grow in a real-world DevOps environment.

🔧 What we’re looking for:
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix and Networking fundamentals
• Proficient with Git for version control and collaboration
• Familiar with Python programming and Bash scripting for basic automation tasks
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions
• Basic understanding of Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Introductory knowledge of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform / CloudFormation
• Familiar with Monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
