We are currently seeking a 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗼 to promote and sell our software products and services within 𝗠𝗼𝘂𝗹𝘃𝗶𝗯𝗮𝘇𝗮𝗿 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁. This role offers an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates and experienced professionals who are eager to make a significant impact in the tech industry.
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
- Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Honors Degree
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, particularly in the following areas, will be considered advantageous:
- Software Companies
- Edtech Startups
- B2B Software and Services Startups
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed targets.
- Identify potential leads through multiple channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Present and demonstrate our cutting-edge software products and services to potential clients in an engaging and effective manner.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress, and aligning efforts to meet sales goals.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
- Negotiate pricing, close deals, and manage the sales process from start to finish.
- Collaborate with product and support teams to ensure seamless after-sales service and client satisfaction.
- Provide detailed sales reports, updates, and forecasts to management on a regular basis.
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀
- Prior experience in software sales or a related field will be an asset.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical software solutions into simple terms for non-technical clients.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, taking initiative and driving results.
- Strong organizational abilities, for managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
