DiGi Gate V2 — Release Notes

VERSION 2.1.65

DISPLAY

• Added accurate LOCAL RX and LOCAL TX status mapping for ASL3.

• Walkie-talkie transmissions display LOCAL RX.

• Internet or remote-node transmissions display LOCAL TX.

• Added callsign lookup for linked and transmitting remote nodes.

• Falls back to the node number when no callsign is available.

• Improved linked-node footer handling:

◦ Shows Linked: None when no nodes are connected.

◦ Keeps one linked node static.

◦ Scrolls only when multiple nodes are connected.

• Prevented long IP addresses from overlapping the Wi-Fi indicator.

• Adjusted the right-column status layout to prevent line overlap.

IDLE SCREEN

• Added idle-screen enable/disable control in digi-gate-menu.

• Added configurable idle timeout.

• Idle screen layout:

◦ DiGi Gate V2 on the top line.

◦ Configured user callsign in the middle.

◦ © TORUN on the bottom line.

• Idle-screen animation was removed for a clean static display suitable for two-color OLEDs.

CONFIGURATION MENU

• Added idle-screen toggle.

• Added idle-screen delay setting.

• Existing callsign, node number, rotation, save, and restart options remain available.
