We regret to inform you that a fire incident occurred outside our Central NOC premises, specifically affecting the external AC pipeline area, which resulted in damage to the fiber infrastructure.

Please note that our servers and core systems are completely safe and operational. However, due to the fiber damage caused by the incident, all associated services are currently down.

Our technical teams are actively working on fiber restoration. Due to the nature of the damage, the recovery process may take some time. We sincerely request your patience and support during this situation.
