**Sisnet** is expanding its technical service team and looking for a **skilled, responsible, and customer-focused IT Technician** to join us in **Banasree, Dhaka**.

If you have hands-on experience repairing **printers, laptops, desktops, and IT equipment**, we’d love to hear from you!

# # # 🔧 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

✅ Diagnose, repair, and service **inkjet & laser printers**
✅ Printer installation, configuration & troubleshooting
✅ Laptop & desktop hardware diagnosis and repair
✅ Windows installation, software setup & system configuration
✅ IT equipment preventive maintenance & servicing
✅ Troubleshoot hardware, networking & connectivity issues
✅ Provide **on-site technical support** at customer locations
✅ Perform workshop-based repair and maintenance
✅ Maintain accurate service records
✅ Explain technical issues clearly to customers
✅ Deliver professional and reliable customer service

# # # 🎯 REQUIREMENTS

🎓 Diploma/Bachelor's degree or relevant technical qualification in **IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field**

💼 **Experience:** 1–2 years preferred
🔧 Practical experience with **printer, laptop & desktop repair** is highly valued
💻 Good knowledge of Windows, computer hardware & basic networking
🛠️ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
🚗 Willingness to visit customer locations for on-site service
🤝 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
