ShopiDevs, a sister concern of SmartDataSoft, is looking for a Growth-Driven Digital Marketer to scale our Shopify apps globally. We build and grow Shopify apps used by merchants worldwide. If you are passionate about data, performance marketing, and revenue growth, this role is for you. We want someone who can turn metrics into meaningful growth — from Shopify app installs to paid conversions.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Shopify Ads campaigns
- Set up and manage ROAS-driven Google Ads campaigns for Shopify App Growth
- Monitor key metrics: Installs, Trials, Paid Conversion, LTV, ROAS
- Make data-driven growth decisions
- Conduct keyword research for SEO, A*O, and Ads
- Manage email marketing and newsletters
- Build and manage partnerships with Shopify agencies & apps
- Collaborate with design & development teams to improve UX & functionality
- Write technical articles and documentation for websites
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a relevant subject. (Preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing for B2B SaaS businesses.
- Strong understanding of SEO and A*O (Shopify App Store) best practices.
- Experienced in Google Ads Setup and Management.
- Experience in content creation for blogs, newsletters, emails, and social media.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify App Store Ads
- Understanding of Data Analysis, CRO, and funnel optimization.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into growth actions
- Growth mindset with hands-on experimentation (A/B testing, iteration)
- Strong communication & collaboration skills

Salary Range: BDT 35,000 – 50,000/month (based on experience)
