This isn't an entry-level post. We're looking for people who've already been in the trenches who know what a work order cycle looks like, what client escalation means, and why QC isn't optional.

You're the right fit if you:
✅ Have 1.5–2 years of hands-on experience in U.S. Property Maintenance, Preservation, or SFR Operations (this is non-negotiable)
✅ Can hold your own in English (written and spoken)
✅ Know your way around email workflows and Excel
✅ Work well under pressure and own your mistakes
