We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Executive – Customer Success to ensure a seamless experience for our clients. This role involves onboarding, relationship management, product adoption, and continuous improvement of the customer journey by working closely with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct client onboarding after sales closure and ensure successful implementation
• Build strong relationships with client
• Provide training and guide new clients through the initial stages
• Handle and resolve client queries and support issues efficiently
• Manage and solve account-related issues for clients and addressing any concerns or roadblocks that may arise
• Ensure proper client follow-up and maintain strong relationships
• Proactively manage clients’ by analyzing customer data, tracking usage patterns, and identifying opportunities to deliver more value
• Coordinate with Sales, Billing, and Technical teams for issue resolution
• Support integration or coordination with other software systems when required
• Maintain records of client interactions and support activities
• Collect structured product feedback from clients and communicate insights to the Product Manager for continuous improvement
• Ensure customer feedback is properly documented and aligned with product roadmap discussions
• Execute tasks and responsibilities assigned by the line manager with accountability and efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla
• Strong presentation and explanation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
Educational qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing
• Background in CSE with a marketing sense are also encouraged to apply
Experience requirement:
• Minimum 1 year working experience with SaaS based product
