AI Tutor / Advisor Wanted
A bit left field for this group, but I'm hoping someone here might be able to help.
I'm not a tech founder, and I'm not building an AI startup. My business partner and I are in the early stages of launching a new agency, and I want to get a much better understanding of the AI landscape before we start investing time and money in the wrong areas.
At the moment, my knowledge is largely limited to the mainstream AI tools that most people are using. I've recently been working through some material on AI, agents, tokens, workflows and automation, but I appreciate my understanding is still fairly surface level and only extends as far as what's been covered in those resources.
What I'm looking for is someone with real-world experience building, implementing or advising on AI solutions, particularly AI agents, operational workflows, integrations and how businesses are practically using them day to day.
Ideally, I'd like to spend a few hours with someone who can help me understand:
What's actually happening in the AI space beyond the popular tools
The difference between AI tools, automations, workflows and agents
What opportunities and limitations exist today
How AI can be integrated into a service-based business
What I should know before engaging an AI agency or technical partner
What questions I should be asking as we build our business
My goal isn't to become an AI engineer. I simply want to become informed enough to have meaningful conversations, make better decisions, and understand what's possible before we start incorporating AI into our operations.
To be clear, I'm not looking for free advice. I'm happy to pay a fair advisory rate for the right person and would value practical experience over theory.
