About the Opportunity:
We are building a global SaaS startup focused on subscription based digital products. We are looking for a highly motivated technical Lead Software Engineer who can take ownership of the entire engineering side of the company and help transform ideas into scalable products.
This is not a typical job. You will become a founding member of the company, participate in major technical decisions, and help build products from zero to global scale.
Required Qualifications:
-Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
-Self-driven problem solver with a passion for building high-quality software.
-Minimum 5 years of professional full stack software development experience.
-Proven experience designing, developing, or integrating eCommerce platforms and payment solutions.
-Strong frontend experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
-Strong backend development experience using Node.js, .NET, Java, Python, or similar technologies.
-Experience designing and building RESTful APIs.
-Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud-native applications using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
-Experience designing and optimizing SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
-Proficiency with Git, pull request workflows, and collaborative software development practices.
-Experience using Al-powered coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, Windsurf, or similar.
-Comfortable collaborating with distributed teams.
-Able to work independently and thrive in a fully remote environment.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Full-Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with React or Next.js.
- Experience with Node.js, NestJS, Express, or similar backend frameworks.
- Strong understanding of PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Experience with Docker and containerization.
- Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes is a plus.
- Experience building REST APIs and GraphQL.
- Strong understanding of system architecture and scalable SaaS design.
- Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Gemini CLI, or similar.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, monitoring, and deployment automation.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previously built or launched SaaS products.
- Startup or founding engineer experience.
- Experience scaling products from MVP to production.
- Understanding of AI agents, LLM APIs, and modern developer tools.
- Passion for building products with global impact.
