✅ **Things that are completely within your control:**
* Your thoughts and actions
* The goals you set in life
* Where and on whom you invest your energy
* Your personal boundaries (how much you allow others in)
* How you talk to yourself (your self-talk)
* Your response or reaction to any challenge
❌ **Things that are not within your control:**
* Your past
* Your future
* Other people’s opinions or how they judge you
* Other people’s actions
* What’s happening around you
* The final outcome or result of your efforts
The key to a good life is actually very simple:
**Control your effort.
Accept what you cannot control.**
The moment you start focusing only on what’s within your control, that’s when the magic happens. You’ll feel calmer, more productive, and more resilient than before. External noise won’t distract you as easily anymore.
So from today, focus your valuable energy where it truly makes a difference.
