‣ Execute gift code campaigns, circulate campaign instructions, and generate monitoring reports.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for HVAC products and solutions
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects
* Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, MEP contractors, architects, developers, and key project stakeholders
* Promote and present HVAC solutions, including VRF, Chillers, SCAC, AHUs, FCUs, Ventilation Systems, and related products
* Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, tender submissions, and project documentation
* Review project drawings, BOQs, specifications, and tender requirements to propose suitable HVAC solutions
* Coordinate with design and engineering teams for system selection, costing, and project ex*****on
* Follow up on proposals, negotiate effectively, and secure project orders
* Monitor project progress, market trends, and competitor activities
* Maintain customer satisfaction throughout the sales and project ex*****on cycle
🔹 Required Qualifications & Experience
* B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline from a reputed university
* Graduates from IUT, IUBAT, AUST, BRAC University, AIUB, UIU, DIU, UAP, and other reputed public/private universities are encouraged to apply
* Minimum 1 year of experience in HVAC sales, solution sales, or business development
* Experience in VRF, Chiller, SCAC, or commercial HVAC solutions will be preferred
* MBA in Marketing or a related discipline will be considered an added advantage
🔹 Required Skills
* Sound knowledge of HVAC systems, including VRF/VRV, Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Ventilation Systems, and Ducting
* Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings, BOQs, and project specifications
* Familiarity with AutoCAD, HAP, Revit, or similar HVAC design and selection software will be an advantage
* Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Willingness to travel for client meetings, project visits, and business development activities
