𝗖𝗼𝗱𝗲𝘇𝗲𝗻 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗟𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented 𝗛𝗥 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 to support our growing team across recruitment, engagement, operations, and payroll functions.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for candidates, and support smooth onboarding of new hires
- Plan and execute engagement activities, internal announcements, and recognition programs to strengthen workplace culture
- Maintain employee records, support policy implementation, and assist with performance review cycle
- Process monthly payroll, maintain payroll-related data, and resolve employee payroll queries
- Handle and resolve day-to-day office administrative issues to ensure smooth office operations
- Coordinate training and development sessions in line with L&D initiatives
- Assist in performance management and KPI evaluation processes
- Compile HR reports and provide management with actionable people insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall organizational goals

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in HR, preferably across recruitment and operations
- Working knowledge of the Bangladesh Labour Act and local HR compliance practices
- Good proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets) and MS Office
- Tech-friendly with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and software
- Hands-on experience working with HRMS software is a plus
