MRP Process Cycle:
MRP Process cycle: 1. Applicant collect two (2) copies of official application form from any designated place (Regional Passport office) or from the website: http//:www.passport.gov.bd and fill it in with the required information. If the applicant is previous passport holder/ Diplomats / Govt. Official / wife of child of Govt. official then he / she has to submit only one application form with proof of identity documents, i.e. Govt. Order (G.O) / No objection Certificate (NOC) / Certificate of profession (if needed) 2. He /she pastes a passport size photo (5.5cm x 4.5 cm) to each form and will have the photo(s) attested after pasting it to the form. Attested should sign and seal in such way that the signature and seal will cover both the form and the photo. There is section '' Attestation'' in the 3rd page of the application form; the attester must attest the section providing his / her personal information. 3. Pay fee for Regular Passport (21 days) is tk. 3450and Express Passport (9 days ) is tk 6900 to any selected sonali bank . Delivery depends on police verification report (if needed). 4. Applicant takes photocopy and the genuine copy of proof-of-identity documents (i.e. National ID or Birth Certificate) * Two (02) set form for new appllicant & out of Dhaka and one (01) set form for passport holder (Dhaka). * Previous passport reference duration maximum twelve (12) year
