JD of ERP Sales Manager (Dhaka, Bangladesh)
Job Responsibilities:
Drive the full ERP sales cycle—from lead generation, qualification, product demos, proposal creation, to closing.
Understand client business processes across Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, HR, Sales, and other domains to position ERP solutions effectively.
Conduct discovery meetings to gather client requirements and align them with appropriate ERP modules and solutions.
Work closely with the presales and functional teams to prepare customized demos and solution presentations.
Prepare and deliver proposals, SOWs, pricing structures, and commercial offers.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting using CRM tools (Odoo CRM preferred).
Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, department heads, and key stakeholders across client organizations.
Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and ensure smooth transition of closed deals to delivery teams.
Collaborate with marketing, presales, and technical teams to develop sales collateral and strategies.
Conduct competitor analysis and provide market insights to refine product positioning.
Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets as set by management.
Represent the company in events, conferences, and client meetings to promote ERP solutions.
Perform other duties related to ERP sales, business development, and client engagement as assigned by management.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, CSE, or related discipline.
MBA preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
Experience Requirements:
3 to 6 years of experience in ERP Sales, Software Sales, or Technology Solutions Sales.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Salary Range:
Negotiable (commensurate with experience and capability).
