১৯৫২ সালের এই দিনে সাহসী সন্তানেরা নিজেদের রক্তের বিনিময়ে আমাদের প্রিয় বাংলা ভাষার মর্যাদা প্রতিষ্ঠা করেছিলেন। তাঁদের আত্মত্যাগ আমাদের চিরঋণী করে রেখেছে।

💰আমরা মূলত চাকরি করি আয়ের জন্য। একা একা কাজ করার সক্ষমতা (skill, speed, talent) থাকলেও অনেক সময় অর্ডার বা ক্লায়েন্ট না পাওয়ার কারণে সেই দক্ষতা অকেজো হয়ে যায়।

কোম্পানি কেন আমাকে চাকরি দেয়?
কোম্পানি মূলত অর্ডার বা ক্লায়েন্ট ম্যানেজ করে। সেই অর্ডারগুলো কাজ অনুযায়ী এমপ্লয়িদের মাঝে বণ্টন করে দেয়, যাতে কাজ দ্রুত ও মানসম্মতভাবে সম্পন্ন হয়।

কোম্পানি টাকা পায় কোথা থেকে?
কোম্পানি টাকা পায়—ক্লায়েন্টের অর্ডার থেকে
প্রজেক্ট, সার্ভিস বা প্রোডাক্ট বিক্রির মাধ্যমে। তাহলে

আমাকে কেন তুলনামূলক কম সেলারি দেয়?
কারণ— অর্ডার আনার দায়িত্ব কোম্পানির
অফিস ভাড়া, স্টাফ, ট্যাক্স, মার্কেটিং, অপারেশন খরচ থাকে, সেই অর্ডার থেকে পাওয়া টাকার এক অংশ এমপ্লয়ির সেলারি হিসেবে দেওয়া হয়,বাকি টাকা দিয়ে কোম্পানি পরিচালনা ও সম্প্রসারণ করা হয়

আমরা কখন চাকরি করতে বাধ্য থাকি না?

যখন আমরা নিজেরাই অর্ডার বা ক্লায়েন্ট ম্যানেজ করতে পারি, তখন আর কারো অধীনে চাকরি বা “চাকরিগিরি” করার প্রয়োজন থাকে না।
