We just worked with the Government of Bangladesh and the World Bank on the HEAT project portal — heat.ugc.gov.bd.

HEAT (Higher Education Acceleration and Transformation) is implemented by the University Grants Commission of Bangladesh, running from 2023 to 2028 across seven components.
The portal brings it all into one public place: official notices, tenders, TOR and EOI, every component, and the events behind them - no login, no request letter.

Grateful for the trust on work that reaches this far.
