Last week was one of those weeks at CodeCrafters.
Following their meetings with the Country Management and Leadership teams, our Directors, Ellis and Joel, spent the week with us in Bangladesh. It became a week of working together, exchanging ideas, discussing what lies ahead, and, just as importantly, spending time together beyond the usual meetings and routines.
There were focused conversations, open discussions, and plenty of opportunities for colleagues to share their thoughts, ask questions, and simply connect.
And, of course, there was time to have some fun along the way. From an easy afternoon session over cheese and snacks to an evening of celebration over dinner at Pan Pacific Sonargaon, the week brought together many different moments, conversations, and experiences that made it memorable.
As the week came to a close, we also took a moment to look back at where things stand, recognize some important milestones, and celebrate the people behind them.
There is more to share from the week, and over the coming days, we will take a closer look at some of those moments and the people who made them meaningful.
For now, here are a few glimpses from a week that was very much about people, connection, and growing together.

When our directors, Ellis Miller and Joel Iwashige, are in Bangladesh, making time for the Country Management & Leadership team is never optional.
From conversations to exchanging ideas, reviewing the road ahead, and hearing firsthand how our strategies are shaping the business, our people, and our community, these sessions help keep us aligned with what matters most.
Sometimes we meet right in the zone, at the office. Sometimes we step away into a little more green and quiet. The setting changes, but the purpose remains the same: listen, connect, discuss, and move forward together.
