Job Summary
We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven International Marketplace Growth & User Acquisition Specialist to accelerate the global growth of Sosay.
Your mission is to attract users, sellers, buyers, creators, freelancers, entrepreneurs, and businesses from around the world while increasing registrations, engagement, and marketplace activity.
You will develop international growth strategies that position Sosay as a leading global social commerce platform and encourage people to create accounts, open a FREE SPUMP Shop, publish content, sell products and services, build their audience, and earn money.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute international user acquisition and marketplace growth strategies.
Recruit new users from multiple countries.
Encourage individuals, creators, freelancers, entrepreneurs, and businesses to join Sosay.
Promote the benefits of opening a FREE SPUMP Shop.
Increase registrations of buyers, sellers, creators, and service providers.
Encourage users to list products, services, and content.
Build partnerships with international organisations, universities, business communities, creator networks, and professional associations.
Promote Sosay through social media, online communities, forums, networking events, webinars, exhibitions, and business meetings.
Work with influencers, ambassadors, affiliates, and strategic partners to increase global awareness.
Develop referral programmes that encourage users to invite friends and colleagues.
Help new users successfully create their first SPUMP Shop, publish products, offer services, and upload content.
Work closely with the Marketing, Branding, SEO, Development, and Sales teams.
Research new international markets and recommend expansion strategies.
Analyse user behaviour, registrations, and marketplace activity to improve growth.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on user acquisition, engagement, and marketplace performance.
Stay informed about international e-commerce, creator economy, AI, digital marketing, and marketplace trends.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
Minimum 2 years of experience in user acquisition, marketplace growth, digital marketing, community management, business development, or customer acquisition.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Experience promoting online platforms, marketplaces, SaaS products, mobile applications, or digital services.
Knowledge of social media marketing, referral marketing, community building, influencer marketing, and content marketing.
Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
Willingness to work with international markets and multicultural communities.

Experience growing an international marketplace or e-commerce platform.
Experience working with creators, influencers, freelancers, online sellers, or business communities.
Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and digital marketing tools.

Experience launching international marketing campaigns.
Understanding of cross-border e-commerce and digital business development.
