We are proud to celebrate our former Vice President and BUP Alumnus, Raiyan Bin Sarwar, for being selected to attend GitHub Universe 2026 in San Francisco, California!

Out of an international network of approximately 150 student leaders, Raiyan is one of only 10 to 15 GitHub Campus Experts selected worldwide to receive a fully funded scholarship by GitHub covering all travel, accommodation, and full event access.

We are deeply saddened and heart-heavy as our fellow BUPian, ๐“๐š๐ก๐ฆ๐ข๐ ๐€๐ฅ๐š๐ฆ ๐’๐ก๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ก๐ญ๐ก๐จ, fights through a critical situation following a terrible road accident near the Male Residential Hall on ๐€๐ฎ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ”.

He has already gone through surgery for his severe injuries and is currently under close observation in the ๐‚๐ซ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐œ๐š๐ฅ ๐‚๐š๐ซ๐ž ๐‚๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ž๐ซ โ€” ๐‚๐‚๐‚. Along with the rest of the campus, we also hope for a proper, fair inquiry so that justice is served for what happened.
