Omega Exim PLC is looking for a Business Coordinator to join our team and support our sales operations through effective business coordination, reporting, and data analysis.
🔹 Position: Business Coordinator
🔹 Department: Finance & Accounts

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate day-to-day business activities and support the sales team
* Prepare daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly sales/MIS reports
* Monitor sales and pre-sales activities and visits
* Track leads, opportunities, pipeline, orders, revenue, and forecasts
* Analyze business data and prepare management dashboards
* Maintain sales trackers, pricing sheets, and performance reports
* Coordinate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Finance, Commercial & Delivery teams
* Manage and update relevant CRM/ERP data and documentation

What We’re Looking For
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
📌 2–4 years of relevant experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, MIS Reporting, or Business Support
💻 Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, dashboards, and data analysis
📊 Experience in MIS reporting, sales dashboards, pipeline tracking, and revenue forecasting
🤝 Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills
💡 Experience in the IT solutions/service industry will be an added advantage

Are you passionate about designing enterprise IT infrastructure solutions and driving business success through technical excellence? Omega Exim PLC is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Enterprise Solutions team.

Key Responsibilities
✔️ Design and propose enterprise Data Center & Virtualization solutions.
✔️ Lead technical presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concept (PoC).
✔️ Prepare technical proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and BoM/BoQ.
✔️ Collaborate with the Sales team to develop winning solution strategies.
✔️ Engage with customers, OEMs, and technology partners.
✔️ Provide technical leadership throughout the pre-sales lifecycle.
✔️ Ensure smooth project handover to the implementation team.

Requirements
🔹 Bachelor's degree in CSE, IT, EEE, or a related field.
🔹 4–7 years of experience in Data Center, Virtualization, or Enterprise Infrastructure Pre-Sales.
🔹 Strong expertise in VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix, enterprise servers, SAN/NAS storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
🔹 Excellent communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills.
🔹 Relevant vendor certifications (VMware, Dell, HPE, Cisco, etc.) will be an added advantage.
