Dream Baz IT is looking for a smart, confident, and target-oriented Upwork Sales Executive to join our growing team.
If you know how to generate quality leads, write winning proposals, communicate with clients professionally, and convert conversations into long-term projects, we'd love to meet you!


✅ Search and identify relevant jobs on Upwork
✅ Write customized, high-converting proposals
✅ Communicate with clients professionally
✅ Follow up with potential clients and close deals
✅ Maintain client relationships for long-term business
✅ Coordinate with the Operations Team after project acquisition
✅ Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
✅ Keep track of proposals, leads, and project pipeline


✔ Experience using Upwork (Preferred)
✔ Excellent English writing & communication skills
