DBM SOFT LTD. is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated female professional to join our team as a 𝐓𝐞𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐎𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from home.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products and services.
• Manage online marketing campaigns across social media and other digital platforms.
• Engage with clients via phone, email, and chat to convert leads into sales.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure business growth.
• Create engaging content for online marketing and social media promotion.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Track and report sales and marketing performance metrics.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Fresher or Running Students Both are Applicable.
• Experience in telemarketing, online sales, or digital marketing is preferred.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing and online advertising.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and email marketing platforms is a plus.
• Fluency in Bengali and English (spoken and written).
