Laravel Developer (Remote)
Job Context
*Onecodesoft is looking for a skilled and experienced Laravel Developer (Remote) to join our team.
*At Onecodesoft, we prioritize skills, practical experience, and a positive attitude over formal education. We are looking for someone who is well-behaved, has good spoken communication skills, and can effectively understand and implement client requirements.
*Strong programming skills will be a significant plus point. The hiring process will include a written exam, a viva (interview), and a coding test.
Your Resposibility
*Develop, maintain, and optimize high-quality web applications using the Laravel framework.
*Build and maintain robust and scalable RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications.
*Work with front-end technologies like React and Livewire to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
*Effectively use version control systems, primarily Git (branching, merging, pull requests).
*Collaborate with clients and team members to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
*Must maintain a professional and friendly office environment and be well-behaved.
*Application Requirement: Must provide code samples and links to live projects when applying.
Education & Skill Requirements
*Formal education level is not required. We value your skills and experience.
*Skills Required: Expert in Laravel, knowledge of React, Livewire, API (REST/JSON), and Git.
*Additional Skills: Proficient in MySQL/Database design, JavaScript, Jquery, Ajax, HTML, CSS, and OOP principles.
Experience Requirements
*At least 1 year(s) of professional experience in Laravel development, Freshers are also welcome to apply.
*The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Full-stack Web Development, Client Communication, Software Architecture.
*The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Services.
Job Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Salary
*Monthly: BDT 15,000 - 40,000
*Salary will be based on your experience, skills, and performance in the hiring tests.
Compensation & Other Benefits
*Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly, Eid)
*Performance bonus.
*3-month probation period before job confirmation.
*Weekly 6 days, Friday off.
*Must complete 7 hours in working period within 24hr.
*Yearly 20-30 days leave (Not available during running projects, unless an emergency).
*Very friendly and collaborative work environment.
