We are looking for an experienced and proactive Digital Marketing Manager to lead and manage our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capability, hands-on digital marketing expertise, and the ability to ensure smooth ex*****on of marketing activities and campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the digital marketing team.
Ensure timely delivery of all digital marketing tasks and campaigns.
Monitor team performance and maintain workflow efficiency
Guide and support the ads team in campaign monitoring, optimization, and performance improvement.
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
Analyze campaign performance and generate performance reports.
Coordinate with creative, content, and management teams for campaign ex*****on.
Maintain quality standards across all marketing activities
Identify new growth opportunities and marketing trends.
Requirements
4–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
Proven experience managing a digital marketing team.
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
Good understanding of campaign optimization, audience targeting, and performance analysis.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Self-motivated, responsible, and committed to work.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
Experience with performance marketing.
Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools.
Understanding of content marketing and branding strategies.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
