Job Title: CCTV System Technician
Salary: Monthly-Full-Time- 12,000-18,000
Job Summary: As an alarm system inspector you will be responsible for the completion of service requests at various locations throughout your given territory. You will be responsible for completing jobs to satisfaction while maintaining a courteous and professional service to all customers. The technician must be dependable, be a self-starter and have a “Can Do” attitude to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties/ Responsibilities:
Basic Technical Ability
Knowledgeable in the use of basic hand tools to operate mechanical and/or electrical devices
You will use email, text, call management software to help perform the job
You will be responsible for following procedures of verifying work completed, ensure all paperwork is completed, and all job requirements are met
Create routes, maps, and communicate job requirements for technicians
On-the-job and/or classroom training is provided!
Full-Time Position
Full-time position with 40+ hours weekly available
You will be responsible to meet service calls in an efficient manner
Identify emergencies and respond quickly to support and assist customers in need
Ability to use geographical maps, Google Maps, and read/understand maps to schedule effectively
Customer Service Oriented
You will be responsible to answer and manage incoming calls with customers and office staff
Accurately keeping thorough documentation of service calls
Other duties as needed
Job Qualifications & Requirements
Ability to handle pressure, various tasks assigned, and meet deadlines
Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs. and use a ladder up to 8-ft
Electrical/low voltage certification and/or construction background a plus
Travel: 100%, mileage reimbursement, travel expense reimbursement
