Job Description:
Receiving and Physical Verification of Products:
Ensure proper receipt of products and conduct a thorough physical count.
Identify any missing items or damages during the verification process.
Unpacking and Label Management:
Unpack product packages (e.g., chargers, cables, earphones, etc.) with care.
Ensure proper maintenance of label stickers and guarantee stickers for all products.
Defective Product Management:
Receive defective products and identify missing or damaged items.
Prepare a detailed report of findings and submit it to the Section Manager.
Handle defective product replacements and manage deliveries through dealers and customers.
E-commerce Order Handling:
Receive e-commerce orders and ensure timely delivery via courier services.
Reporting:
Prepare and send weekly and monthly reports to the Line Manager.
Skill Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
Warehouse Maintenance:
Maintain the 5S methodology daily (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and net-worthy at all times.

Bring new partners on board and maintain relationships with existing partners.
Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the Company's products.
