About the role:
QORMOTHO is looking for experienced & passionate candidate for a staffing solutions company based in Australia. This role offers exposure to modern business operations, use of AI, direct interaction with CxO-level professionals, and outstanding opportunities for learning and career growth.

Key responsibilities:
* Engaging with customers via email, phone & web chat channels
* Answer inquiries, resolve issues & provide guidance to customers
* Review documents & certificates as part of onboarding process
* Using customized CRM platforms for inbound & outbound inquiries
* Attend daily, weekly & monthly team meetings with supervisor & client

Working schedule:
➡️ 6 days/ week working on a team roster for weekend
➡️ Multiple shifts (specific timing will be discussed during interview)

Experience and skills:
✅ Minimum two years work experience in customer support with foreign clients
