𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

- Research design trends and competitors to generate fresh and innovative creative ideas.
- Design creative visual content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, advertisements, etc.).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional banners, ad creative, carousels, thumbnails, and infographics.
- Maintain consistent design standards by following the company’s brand guidelines.
- Create product-related visuals such as feature highlights, UI mockups, and product presentation graphics.
- Design visual assets for landing pages, website banners, and email marketing campaigns.
- Develop video thumbnails, cover images, and simple motion graphics to support video content.
- Organize design files properly and share them with the team in the required formats.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞 & 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.
- Basic knowledge of Figma or other UI design tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of social media design trends and digital marketing creatives.
- Ability to create engaging banners, ad creatives, carousels, thumbnails, and infographics.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects / Premiere Pro) is an advantage.
- Good sense of color, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain consistent visual identity.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

-Prior experience in Copywriting or Content Writing is preferred.
-Strong writing skills in both Bengali and English.
