Position: Night Shift Telemarketer ( Hybrid )

Key Responsibilities:.
1. Engage international clients (US, UK, Canada, Australia) through outbound/inbound calls.
2. Effectively present products and services, closing deals or generating leads.
3. Ensure all client data is accurately documented and updated.
4. Achieve individual and team targets in a high-pressure setting.
5. Maintain professionalism and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
6. Continuously learn about products, services, and industry trends to enhance performance.
What Weโre Looking For:
1. Fluent English speaker with excellent comprehension and communication skills & writing skill.
2. Minimum 1 months of experience in telemarketing or outbound sales for foreign clients.
3. Ability to meet sales targets and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
4. Punctuality, reliability, and dedication to success.
5. Team player with a strong sense of initiative.
Educational Background: O Level, A Level, HSC, Bachelor/Honors
Additional Qualifications:
1. Skilled in using CRM tools, Google Sheets, and other software.
2. Basic email handling experience with Gmail.
3. Must have Laptop
Benefits of Joining Us:
1. Competitive Pay BDT 25,000 - 35,000/month + incentives
Working Hours:
Schedule: 6 days per week.
Shift: 8:00 PM โ 5:00 AM (adjustable based on campaign needs).
