We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Strategist who can design, structure, and execute a complete marketing strategy for our software business.
We are specifically looking for someone who has real-world experience in defining marketing strategy at the industry level. This role requires ownership—from strategy development to ex*****on planning and team guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop a complete end-to-end marketing strategy aligned with the business goals.
2. Define brand positioning, value proposition, and market messaging.
3. Design structured digital marketing frameworks (SEO, content, paid ads, social, funnels).
4. Create clear ex*****on roadmaps, timelines, and KPIs.
5. Identify target audiences, growth channels, and conversion strategies.

8. Expertise in Social Media Marketing, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ad-Sense, managing digital marketing campaigns, and YouTube marketing.
9. Website ranking in Google (On-Page, Off-Page, Local SEO).

Required Experience & Skills:

1. Prior experience with software companies, tech platforms, SaaS, or startups.
2. 5+ years of proven experience in marketing strategy.
3. Strong expertise in digital marketing and growth planning.
4. Ability to translate high-level strategy into practical ex*****on plans.
5. Strong understanding of funnels, branding, acquisition, and retention.
6. Experience mentoring or leading marketing teams.
7. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
8. Experience in managing all digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads / Business Manager, etc.
9. Excellent communication and documentation skills (English).

Educational Requirements: Bachelor's in CSE, Marketing, or a relevant field.
