Role Description:
We're seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and driven SDR to join our team! If you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and a deep understanding of the startup and software development ecosystem of Bangladesh, we want to hear from you. As an SDR at Thinkcrypt, you'll play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and driving our company's growth. You'll also attend events offline to generate leads, spread our purpose to potential clients and partners, and organize meetings.
Responsibilities:
⨠Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
⨠Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads and promote Thinkcryptâs products and services.
⨠Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers.
⨠Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to prospective clients.
⨠Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns.
⨠Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and pain points.
⨠Schedule and coordinate meetings and demos for the sales team.
⨠Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of outreach efforts.
⨠Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales strategies.
⨠Organize and conduct meetings with potential clients and partners to showcase our solutions and explore collaboration opportunities.
⨠Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service.
Manage and update sales pipelines to ensure efficient lead tracking and follow-up.
⨠Develop and present sales proposals and presentations to potential clients.
Qualifications:
⨠At least 3 years of experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably in the software development or SaaS industry.
⨠Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and generating qualified leads.
⨠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with potential clients.
⨠Strong research and analytical skills to identify and understand market trends and client needs.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
⨠Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, startup environment.
⨠Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
⨠Familiarity with the MERN stack and SaaS products is a plus.
⨠Experience and deep understanding of the startup and software development ecosystem of Bangladesh.
⨠Willingness to travel to attend events and meet with potential clients and partners.
