- Write crud applications in ReactJS & Python, primary focus will be to convert most of our web frontend to ReactJS, also create some new backend modules with Python.
- Learn about Open AI APIs, and implement it in various services, we will guide you with this.
- Roughly 40 Hours of Work per Week.

- Final semester undergrad students or Fresh Grads.
- Should have a self-reliant problem-solving mindset to solve hard problems with web research & little guidance by supervisor in a startup environment. Should have the mindset to self-learn new technologies (e.g., new programming language, new AI & Telecom technology paradigms).
- Experience with any programming language (PHP, Python, JavaScript or others).
- Being a competitive programmer is a plus.
- Having knowledge about ReactJS, Rest APIs, RDBMS, OOP, ORM/ODM is a big plus, but not required, if you can pick the knowledge up very quickly, it works for us.

Job Description
- Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs and pain points.
- Develop user flows with FigJam or similar tools to map the whole user experience for any product to be designed.
- Create Information Architecture based on user flows.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes in Figma or similar tools to visualize and test design concepts.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to refine designs and ensure they meet business requirements.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve designs.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in UI/UX design.
