Our diversified product portfolio includes Interactive Flat Panels (IFP), Video Walls, KIOSKs, Digital Signage, Projectors, Laptops, PA & Conference Systems, Surveillance Solutions, and other advanced commercial display technologies.
To support our nationwide expansion, we are seeking a highly strategic, performance-driven, and experienced Head of Distribution & Retail Sales to lead channel development, strengthen dealer and retail networks, and drive sustainable sales growth across Bangladesh.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Sales Management
· Lead, manage, and oversee nationwide Distribution & Retail Sales operations.
· Develop and execute long-term sales strategies, channel expansion plans, and revenue growth models.
· Take full ownership of sales P&L, market expansion, and profitability.
· Set annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets, KPIs, and incentive structures for all hierarchy levels.
· Organize and lead regular sales meetings to review performance and ensure target achievement.
· Prepare and present periodic sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to Management.
Distribution, Dealer & Retail Network Development
· Identify, recruit, onboard, and develop new distributors, dealers, and retailers nationwide.
· Expand market coverage through structured territory planning and channel development.
· Strengthen relationships with key distributors, dealers, brand shops, and modern trade partners.
· Ensure effective dealer management, including stock planning, servicing, delivery coordination, and compliance.
· Design and implement dealer incentive schemes, onboarding programs, and activation plans.
Sales Ex*****on & Market Expansion
· Drive primary and secondary sales growth to meet volume, value, and market share targets.
· Ensure product availability, visibility, merchandising, and POSM ex*****on at retail outlets.
· Execute trade marketing programs, promotions, roadshows, campaigns, and dealer activation initiatives.
· Monitor route planning, field ex*****on, and productivity of regional and zonal sales teams.
· Identify new market opportunities, channels, and strategic partners.
Pricing, Trade Marketing & Credit Control
· Define and control pricing strategies, trade margins, discount structures, and promotional policies.
· Ensure strict adherence to company credit policies and timely collection from dealers and retailers.
· Resolve outstanding payments professionally while maintaining long-term relationships.
Cross-Functional Coordination
· Coordinate closely with Marketing, Production, Supply Chain, Accounts, MIS, and Service teams.
· Ensure smooth order processing, invoicing, delivery, installation, and after-sales support.
· Support new product launches and brand positioning initiatives.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and consumer behavior.
· Collect dealer and customer feedback to support data-driven decision-making.
· Maintain accurate records of sales pipelines, dealer performance, inventory, and collections.
· Submit weekly and monthly sales, collection, and market intelligence reports to Management.
Dealer Performance Management & Development
· Ensure dealer incentive calculation, adjustment, and timely ledger closing
· Monitor dealer stock levels to maintain healthy inventory and avoid stock issues
· Track dealer target vs. sales achievement and take corrective actions
· Manage dealer performance evaluation and follow-up
· Strengthen dealer relationships through regular engagement and nurturing
· Conduct dealer training programs on products, sales, and company policies
· Facilitate continuous knowledge sharing to improve dealer capability and business growth
Governance, Compliance & Documentation
· Establish and enforce sales SOPs, governance, discipline, and ethical standards.
· Manage dealer and retailer agreements, proposals, and official documentation.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Additional Responsibilities
· Lead new product launches, channel development, and territory expansion initiatives.
· Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
Educational Requirements
· Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant discipline
Experience Requirements
· Minimum 15–20 years of experience in Distribution, Dealer, Retail, or Channel Sales
· Prior experience in IT, electronics, AV/display solutions, or technology products preferred
· Age: 40 to 45 years
· The selected candidate’s appointment and joining will be effective from April 2026.

· Hands-on capability in dealer ledger management, reconciliation, and adjustment
· Strong control over stock monitoring, secondary sales, and inventory movement
· Experience in retail visibility, merchandising, and point-of-sale ex*****on
· Capability to plan and manage sales forecasting and demand planning
· Expertise in distribution policy, credit control, and collection management
· Strong knowledge of pricing, discount structures, and margin management
· Hands-on experience with ERP / CRM systems for distribution and retail sales
· Ability to generate MIS, dashboards, and sales performance reports
· Leadership skills to manage regional, area, and territory sales teams
· Experience in dealer development, training, and knowledge sharing
· Strong coordination with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Operations
· Ability to ensure sales governance, compliance, and SOP adherence
· Market intelligence, competitor analysis, and retail market insights
· Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
· Results-driven mindset with accountability for volume, revenue, and market coverage
· Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
· Proven ability to manage large sales teams and nationwide operations
· Willingness to travel extensively
· Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive sales targets
· Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and ERP/CRM systems
