We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and result-oriented Manager – Accounts & Finance to lead the company’s accounts & financial operations, compliance, and business growth planning.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Control
Lead and coordinate the annual budgeting and financial planning process, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
Prepare and implement budgetary control mechanisms and monitor financial performance against targets.
Conduct profitability analysis, product pricing, project costing, and margin optimization.
Support management in MIS reporting, forecasting, and strategic financial decision-making.

Accounting & Reporting
Prepare monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial statements as per organizational and statutory requirements.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of management accounts and statutory reports.
Manage day-to-day accounting, invoicing, and financial reporting using Accounting Software / ERP.
Report regularly on the status of accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Cash, Banking & Treasury Management
Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure financial stability.
Maintain banking relationships and handle all banking operations and reconciliations.
Prepare weekly bank reconciliation statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Reconcile daily and monthly cash, bank balances, and collection statements.
Verify payment documentation and process disbursements accordingly.

Tax, VAT & Regulatory Compliance
Ensure full compliance with Corporate Tax, Income Tax, VAT, and Company Act regulations.
Oversee timely filing of VAT returns, VDS, TDS, tax returns, and related statutory submissions.
Ensure proper deduction and deposit of all applicable tax and VAT with government authorities.
Coordinate the collection and maintenance of all licenses, certificates, registrations, and statutory documents.
Maintain updated records of RJSC documents, MOA, MOU, and other corporate legal documents.

Audit & Stakeholder Management
Liaise with external and internal auditors, bankers, investors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Support audits and ensure proper documentation and compliance readiness.
Represent the company before government departments and regulatory bodies when required.



Inventory, Cost & Operational Oversight
Ensure accurate tracking of COGS, inventory valuation, product expenses, and factory costing.
Monitor stock status, variations, challans, cash books, and physical cash verification.
Supervise voucher management, including payment, purchase, journal vouchers, and petty cash statements for the Head Office and Factory.

Sales Collection & Revenue Monitoring
Monitor customer invoicing, payment follow-ups, and settlement tracking.
Oversee revenue collection across multiple channels, including corporate sales, channel sales, online payments, cash, and cheques.

Import, Export & Trade Finance
Handle Import L/C, related loan accounts, banking documentation, and customs procedures.
Ensure compliance with import-export regulations and financial documentation requirements.

Team Leadership
Lead and manage the Accounts & Finance team, ensuring accuracy, discipline, and timely ex*****on of responsibilities.
Assign duties, monitor performance, and ensure continuous process improvement.

Other Duties
Perform any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Educational Requirements
Minimum Master’s Degree / MBA in Accounting or Finance
ICAB / ACCA / ICMAB (Qualified or Part Qualified) will be given preference

Experience Requirements
10–12 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance
Experience in manufacturing, factory operations, or technology industries will be an advantage

Additional Requirements
Age: 35–40 years

Ability to effectively communicate financial matters to management, auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
· Excellent financial analysis, interpretation, and decision-support capabilities
· Strong ability to identify risks, variances, and control gaps with corrective recommendations
· Proven experience in ERP / Accounting Software (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar)
· Capable of managing GL, AP, AR, Assets, Budgeting, MIS, and audit trails within ERP systems
· Strong and up-to-date knowledge of Bangladesh Income Tax, VAT & SD Act, corporate laws, and regulatory compliance
· Ability to independently handle NBR matters, audits, assessments, and statutory reporting

To support our nationwide expansion, we are seeking a highly strategic, performance-driven, and experienced Head of Distribution & Retail Sales to lead channel development, strengthen dealer and retail networks, and drive sustainable sales growth across Bangladesh.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Sales Management
· Lead, manage, and oversee nationwide Distribution & Retail Sales operations.
· Develop and execute long-term sales strategies, channel expansion plans, and revenue growth models.
· Take full ownership of sales P&L, market expansion, and profitability.
· Set annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets, KPIs, and incentive structures for all hierarchy levels.
· Organize and lead regular sales meetings to review performance and ensure target achievement.
· Prepare and present periodic sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to Management.
Distribution, Dealer & Retail Network Development
· Identify, recruit, onboard, and develop new distributors, dealers, and retailers nationwide.
· Expand market coverage through structured territory planning and channel development.
· Strengthen relationships with key distributors, dealers, brand shops, and modern trade partners.
· Ensure effective dealer management, including stock planning, servicing, delivery coordination, and compliance.
· Design and implement dealer incentive schemes, onboarding programs, and activation plans.
Sales Ex*****on & Market Expansion
· Drive primary and secondary sales growth to meet volume, value, and market share targets.
· Ensure product availability, visibility, merchandising, and POSM ex*****on at retail outlets.
· Execute trade marketing programs, promotions, roadshows, campaigns, and dealer activation initiatives.
· Monitor route planning, field ex*****on, and productivity of regional and zonal sales teams.
· Identify new market opportunities, channels, and strategic partners.
Pricing, Trade Marketing & Credit Control
· Define and control pricing strategies, trade margins, discount structures, and promotional policies.
· Ensure strict adherence to company credit policies and timely collection from dealers and retailers.
· Resolve outstanding payments professionally while maintaining long-term relationships.
Cross-Functional Coordination
· Coordinate closely with Marketing, Production, Supply Chain, Accounts, MIS, and Service teams.
· Ensure smooth order processing, invoicing, delivery, installation, and after-sales support.
· Support new product launches and brand positioning initiatives.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and consumer behavior.
· Collect dealer and customer feedback to support data-driven decision-making.
· Maintain accurate records of sales pipelines, dealer performance, inventory, and collections.
· Submit weekly and monthly sales, collection, and market intelligence reports to Management.
Dealer Performance Management & Development
· Ensure dealer incentive calculation, adjustment, and timely ledger closing
· Monitor dealer stock levels to maintain healthy inventory and avoid stock issues
· Track dealer target vs. sales achievement and take corrective actions
· Manage dealer performance evaluation and follow-up
· Strengthen dealer relationships through regular engagement and nurturing
· Conduct dealer training programs on products, sales, and company policies
· Facilitate continuous knowledge sharing to improve dealer capability and business growth
Governance, Compliance & Documentation
· Establish and enforce sales SOPs, governance, discipline, and ethical standards.
· Manage dealer and retailer agreements, proposals, and official documentation.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Additional Responsibilities
· Lead new product launches, channel development, and territory expansion initiatives.
· Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Educational Requirements
· Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant discipline

Experience Requirements
· Minimum 15–20 years of experience in Distribution, Dealer, Retail, or Channel Sales
· Prior experience in IT, electronics, AV/display solutions, or technology products preferred
· Age: 40 to 45 years
· The selected candidate’s appointment and joining will be effective from April 2026.

Our diversified product portfolio includes Interactive Flat Panels (IFP), Video Walls, KIOSKs, Digital Signage, Projectors, Laptops, PA & Conference Systems, Surveillance Solutions, and other advanced IT and commercial display technologies.⁣
We are seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and performance-driven Head of Corporate Sales to lead corporate business development, manage end-to-end sales operations, and drive sustainable revenue growth through consultative and solution-based selling.⁣

Key Responsibilities⁣
A. Sales Leadership & Strategy⁣
· Lead, manage, and oversee the entire Corporate Sales function to achieve organizational sales and revenue objectives.⁣
· Develop and execute long-term corporate sales strategies, business plans, and sustainable revenue growth models.⁣
· Take full ownership of corporate sales revenue, profitability, and market expansion (Sales P&L responsibility).⁣
· Define sales targets, KPIs, incentive structures, and performance measurement frameworks for all sales hierarchy levels.⁣
· Organize and lead daily, weekly, and monthly sales meetings to review performance, set priorities, and conduct training.⁣
· Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance reports to Management and the Board.⁣

B. Corporate Client Acquisition & Relationship Management⁣
· Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients through field visits, meetings, referrals, and professional networking.⁣
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, procurement teams, and stakeholders.⁣
· Establish multi-level relationships within client organizations to ensure long-term partnerships, retention, and repeat business.⁣
· Represent the company in high-level corporate meetings, trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.⁣

C. Solution Selling & Business Development⁣
· Conduct product presentations, technical briefings, and live demonstrations for corporate clients.⁣
· Understand client requirements and propose appropriate IT, AV, and display solutions.⁣
· Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to design customized and accurate solutions.⁣
· Clearly communicate product value propositions, features, and commercial benefits to clients.⁣

D. Proposal, Pricing & Contract Management⁣
· Prepare customized technical and commercial proposals, quotations, BOQs, and project documentation.⁣
· Conduct price benchmarking and cost analysis to ensure competitiveness and profitability.⁣
· Define and control pricing strategies, discount policies, trade margins, and incentive schemes in line with company objectives.⁣
· Negotiate pricing, contractual terms, delivery schedules, warranty, and payment conditions to successfully close deals.⁣

E. Order Ex*****on, Delivery & Training Coordination⁣
· Ensure all internal approvals and documentation are completed prior to order confirmation.⁣
· Coordinate with production, supply chain, logistics, and accounts for smooth order processing and delivery.⁣
· Monitor delivery, installation, commissioning, and end-user training as per the agreed scope and timelines.⁣
· Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal technical/service teams.⁣

F. Payment Monitoring & Credit Control⁣
· Monitor scheduled payment milestones and ensure timely invoice submission and collections.⁣
· Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with Accounts & Finance teams to resolve discrepancies.⁣
· Enforce compliance with company credit policies and collection procedures.⁣

G. Market Intelligence, Planning & Reporting⁣
· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, pricing structures, and customer behavior.⁣
· Monitor competitor products, promotions, pricing strategies, and new launches.⁣
· Maintain accurate sales pipeline data, forecasts, and MIS reports.⁣
· Provide strategic insights, risk analysis, and growth recommendations to Management.⁣

H. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination⁣
· Build, lead, train, and motivate the corporate sales and marketing team.⁣
· Ensure strong coordination between Sales, Marketing, Production, Supply Chain, Finance, MIS, and Service teams.⁣
· Establish sales governance, discipline, ethical standards, and compliance across the organization.⁣

I. Additional Responsibilities⁣
· Lead new product launches, channel development, and territory expansion initiatives.⁣
· Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.⁣

Educational Requirements⁣
· Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline.⁣

Experience Requirements⁣
· 15–20 years of proven experience in Corporate / B2B Sales⁣
· Prior experience in IT products, electronics, AV/display solutions, or technology sales is highly preferred⁣
· Age: 40 to 45 years⁣
· The selected candidate’s appointment and joining will be effective from April 2026.⁣

· Lead and drive corporate & enterprise sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives⁣
· Develop and manage key corporate accounts, government, and institutional clients⁣
· Strong expertise in B2B, project-based, and solution sales⁣
· Proven capability in RFP/RFQ, EOI, and contract negotiation⁣
· Deep understanding of pricing strategy, margin control, and deal profitability⁣
· Ability to manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and revenue planning⁣
· Strong skills in strategic account planning and relationship management⁣
· Expertise in sales governance, approval workflows, and compliance⁣
· Hands-on experience with ERP / CRM systems for sales tracking and reporting⁣
· Strong capability in MIS, dashboards, and sales performance analytics⁣
· Leadership skills to build, mentor, and manage high-performing sales teams⁣
· Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills⁣
· Ability to close high-value, long-cycle corporate deals⁣
· Market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer insight generation⁣
· Strong communication skills with senior management and decision-makers⁣
· Ethical selling approach with focus on long-term client retention⁣
· Capability to design and implement corporate sales SOPs and policies⁣
· Results-driven mindset with accountability for revenue, growth, and profitability⁣
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills⁣
· Strong leadership, planning, and decision-making capability⁣
· Result-oriented mindset with strong follow-up and deal-closing ability⁣
· Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive sales targets⁣
· Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits⁣
· Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and basic ERP/CRM systems⁣
