Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Upwork Bidder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for bidding on Upwork projects and securing new business for our company. You will work closely with our team to understand client requirements, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts. You will be responsible for ensuring that our company's proposals are competitive, effective, and delivered on time.
Responsibilities:
* Identify relevant Upwork projects and prepare proposals to win new business
* Collaborate with our team to understand client requirements and develop customized proposals
* Prepare and submit project bids, and negotiate contracts with clients
* Communicate with clients through Upwork and other channels to ensure their needs are met
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify new business opportunities
* Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
* Work with our team to ensure timely delivery of projects and manage client expectations
* Manage the entire bidding process, from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or similar role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong proposal writing and negotiation skills
* Familiarity with Upwork and other freelancing platforms
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Knowledge of digital marketing, web development, or related industries preferred
