The Role:
-As a Career Counsellor, you will be responsible for advising customers on the features, benefits and uses of Borno and ultimately growing the customer base by driving multi-year and multi-product sales. The role means you will have to focus on building deep relationships with new and existing customers on the front desk and cold-calling.
-𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐬 & 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
✅Responsible for handling overall management of the Front Desk and Administration duties.
✅Advise students/trainees and parents for their learning needs through structured counseling sessions.
✅Fix appointments on a daily basis alongside follow up sessions.
✅Understand customer profile and their specific problems to explain the implications of ineffective learning methods.
✅Create the need for smart learning and advise student-parent to buy Borno services as a solution.
✅Handle objectives and price negotiations with respect and credibility to generate sales revenues.
✅Continuously learn and upgrade product knowledge and sales skills to achieve and exceed growing sales targets.
✅Possess a sound knowledge and understanding of consumer (students and parents) behavior.
-𝐀𝐝𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
✔Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news).
✔Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
🟠𝐈𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞:
✅Female Preferred
✅Computer literacy and expertise in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and typing
✅Understand customer psychology and are able to empathize with students/trainees and parents.
✅Ability to drive commercial goals by meeting sales targets.
✅Enthusiastic and willing to work relentlessly to achieve and exceed sales targets to drive commissions and career progression.
✅Thrive in a fast-paced and self-driven working environment.
✅Have really good communication skills in English & Bangla.
✅Has 1 to 3 years of sales experience as receptionist or customer facing role
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐁𝐢𝐭𝐬:
-Job type: Full Time, 6 Days a Week, 10:00 am - 8:00 pm (timing with a 45 min break)
-Location: 57/9, West Panthapath Dhaka,
-Salary: Negotiable
-Available: Annual and Sick Leaves
