Hi, we're hiring 1x UI Designer
tarunSoft একটি user-first development company, working mostly with startups and service-based businesses.
Job Details:
- Salary: স্টার্টিং স্যালারি ৩০,০০০ – ৫০,০০০ BDT
- Type: Full-time (৮ ঘণ্টা)
- Hours: ১০:০০ AM – ৬:০০ PM
- Days: Saturday – Thursday ( ৬ দিন)
- Location: ১০০% Remote
Responsibilities:
- যেহেতু আমরা both design + development করি → Figma-তে work properly documented & organized রাখতে হবে যাতে dev handoff একদম smooth হয়।
- Moodboards (high priority), wireframes, hi-fi screens, prototyping, design system → সবকিছুতেই good grasp থাকতে হবে।
- আমরা micromanaging করি না এবং freedom দিতে পছন্দ করি — তবে assigned project timely complete করা আপনার responsibility।
Requirements:
- Valid Bento Design-এ ভালো experience থাকা must. Bento sense strong হলে we love you already fr.
- Service-based agency হওয়ায় → Deadline & Communication খুবই important. আমরা burn-out করব না for sure, we aren’t those typical companies, আমরা Human-to-Human কানেকশন প্রেফার করি, but আপনার committed timeline যেন always accurate থাকে।
- At least ১ বছরের design experience, but quantity of work matters more → যদি tons of projects/screens করে থাকেন in short time, that’s a huge plus.
- Open to learn new stuff (branding, motion, animation). Bonus if you’ve already done some cool side-experiments.
বোনাস পয়েন্টস:
- AI prompting বা AI use করতে পারা (fast brand asset creation = huge plus).
- Strong opinions দিয়ে design lead করতে পারা. We want you to be vocal.
- যদি আপনি young, energetic এবং first-tier private uni (eg. NSU, BRAC) background থেকে আসেন তাহলে জোস → তবে আপনার ডিজাইন স্কিল ভালো হলে We don’t really care about your educational background, এইটা জাস্ট আমরা এইসব uni-র স্টুডেন্টডের থেকে আমরা একটা ভালো গ্রোথ ভাইব পাই। সেহেতু nice to have but not mandatory at all. Always Skill > Degree.
- আপনি UX ফোকাসড Conversion based লং টার্মস হিসেব করে ডিজাইন করেন।
- আপনার একচুয়ালি গুড টেস্ট আছে, when it comes to consuming good designs (Hint: যেটা আমরা আপনার সাবমিট করা ডিজাইনে ইউজ করা মুডবোর্ড দেখেই জাস্টিফাই করব)
- বেস্ট আপনি যদি ডিজাইন কমিউনিটির সোশ্যাল মিডিয়াতে একটিভ থাকেন।
