✅ Role Description: Sales Specialist (Remote, Contract)- only one person))

Odleans Digital Agency is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to lead and manage client acquisition for website design, mobile application design, UI/UX, graphic design, and motion graphics services. This role focuses on generating and nurturing leads, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will be skilled in understanding client needs, presenting tailored design solutions, and closing deals to expand our client base.

✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Generate, qualify, and manage leads for website design, mobile application design, UI/UX, graphic design, and motion graphics projects.
- Cultivate strong relationships with potential and existing clients to drive sales opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to understand and communicate our services effectively to clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to close deals.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, client needs, and competitor activities to strategically position our services.

✅ Qualifications:
- Proven track record in lead generation and sales, particularly in the digital design or creative industry.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in managing sales processes from prospecting to closing.
- Proficiency in sales management and client relationship building.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and their application to design services.
- Ability to deliver compelling sales presentations and training as needed.
- Experience in UI/UX, graphic design, or motion graphics sales is a plus.
