We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst who can translate business needs into clear technical requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to support smooth project delivery across the full project lifecycle.
This role requires strong analytical skills, clear documentation, and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams to deliver reliable software solutions.

โ€ข Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
โ€ข Translate business objectives into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
โ€ข Prepare and maintain SRS, process flows, and system documentation
โ€ข Analyze workflows and business processes to identify improvement opportunities
โ€ข Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication
โ€ข Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery status
โ€ข Collaborate with development teams to clarify requirements and validate solutions
โ€ข Support testing, verification, and acceptance of delivered features

โ€ข 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or a similar role
โ€ข Strong understanding of SDLC and business analysis practices
โ€ข Experience working in Agile or hybrid environments
โ€ข Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
โ€ข Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
โ€ข Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented

โ€ข Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

โ€ข Exposure to SQL, data models, or system design concepts
โ€ข Experience supporting live systems, enhancements, or post-deployment improvements
โ€ข Coaching or mentoring mindset is a plus
