Thank You to all of the iCrew Technologies Family members to attend the 1st AGM of the Organization.
Thank you all for your participation with full of engagement & enthusiasm.
Your Great Contributions make this Organization so daring that, we may now visualize many sky-touching dreams.
Within this 1st year, we made a versatile team of energetic individuals from five (5) different regions (Bangladesh, India, Afghanistan, Rwanda, USA) in five different time zones (EST, BST, Central African Time, IST, Australian Time), serving three (3) Continent (Europe, Africa & North America). It's a Great Achievement for the 1st year of an IT Startup.

WE ARE HIRING!!!!!!!!

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer Intern to join our dynamic team. If you have a knack for organization and a passion for ensuring smooth office operations, we want to hear from you!

Job responsibilities:

-Collect and evaluate user requirements with the help of product managers and engineers.
-Use storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to illustrate design concepts.
-Menus, tabs, and widgets are examples of graphic user interface elements.
-Make page navigation buttons and search fields.
-Create UI mockups and prototypes that clearly show how sites work and look.
-Make unique graphic designs.
-Rough draughts should be prepared and presented to internal teams and key stakeholders.
-Identify and resolve UX issues.
-Make layout changes based on user feedback. Follow font, color, and image style guidelines.

Skills Required:

-Basic knowledge as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
-Portfolio of design projects
-Knowledge of wireframe tools
-Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Figma, Canva Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
-Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
-Good time-management skills

Job Opportunity: Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Intern
WE ARE HIRING!!!!!!!!

We are seeking 2 (two) dedicated and detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance (SQA) interns to join our dynamic team. If you have a knack for organization and a passion for ensuring smooth office operations, we want to hear from you!

Job responsibilities:

Prepare test plans, and test cases, execute tests, track Bug, and report accordingly
Coordinate with the DevOps team to prepare and maintain a highly automated software testing environment
Script test suites for automated testing of specific components or use cases, and integrate them as required into build automation
Run automated regression tests across different product versions on select customer and generic best practices software configurations
Analyze test results and collect all necessary data, dispatching bugs to engineers for resolution and other issues to Product Management
Perform user acceptance testing, functionality testing, and regression testing
Research, select, and implement third-party components to improve software quality assurance process and test automation
Maintain awareness of our quality assurance programs, and proactively suggest improvements
Support our DevOps team in executing specific tests concerning deployment and load/stress, or help them isolate software-induced infrastructure issues
Be part of our SCRUM teams and Agile product development process

Skills Required:

Basic Knowledge of Git, Jira, and test automation tools like Selenium
Sound understanding of SDLC and programming/scripting
Ability to prepare test plans, and test cases, execute tests, track Bug, and report accordingly
Basic Knowledge of Agile Software Product Life Cycle methodologies, Ci/CD, and DevOps
Basic knowledge of use case preparation
Excellent English communication skills to document and report defects and other issues, and to communicate to both technical and non-technical team members
Independent problem-solving ability, perform complex duties with minimum supervision
High level of quality awareness concerning technical KPIs and usability, attention to details
Conceptual thinker as well as a hands-on implementer
Self-contained, accurate, and reliable working attitude
Excellent organizational skills
Openness to other cultures, a friendly mindset, and patience
