The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying potential candidates to final selection. This person should have a proven track record of attracting top talent and a passion for creating a positive candidate experience.

- Responsible for implementing recruitment procedures to meet the recruitment goals and objectives for all functions including developers, designers, product managers, testers, etc. in a software firm.
- Upkeep and management of the recruitment dashboard, which includes all recruiting indicators (lead time, time to fill, cost of recruitment, selection ratio, acceptance ratio, yield ratio, cost of hire, etc.), as well as the presentation of a quarterly report on the performance of recruitment.
- Build and manage the CV Bank to support bulk recruitment
- Utilize innovative recruiting techniques to identify and attract top talent, particularly for complex job vacancies by exploring the best recruitment tactics.
- Evaluate the organization's current and desired capabilities/positions to ensure alignment with business and brand strategy
- Responsible for updating job requirements and job descriptions of all positions to align with the approved organizational structure and ensuring the documentation of the recruitment process is up-to-date.
- Maintain workforce numbers under approved company headcount and budget
- Responsible for managing the Employee Net Promoter Score to achieve high levels of worker satisfaction and for organizing and carrying out employee engagement activities.
- Work with departments to run strategic employer branding communication plans/activities
- Promote company culture, employees, and their achievements to create value for employees, the market, and the potential talent pool
- Confirm the employer branding on digital, social, and traditional media initiatives, videos, and events

-B.Sc/ M.Sc ( Computer Science) or related subject from a reputed university
-2 to 5 years of relevant experience as Technical Recruiter
-Strong computer skills in MS Office, Excel, and Google Sheets
-English and Bangla communication skills
-Project Management and Data analysis skills
-Worldwide and cultural awareness
