This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketer role based in Bogra. The Digital Marketer will plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, search, email, and display. The role includes creating and managing content calendars, coordinating with design and development teams, and ensuring brand consistency in all digital communications. The Digital Marketer will monitor campaign performance using web analytics tools, generate reports, and recommend data-driven improvements. Day-to-day responsibilities also include identifying new audience segments, running lead generation initiatives, and staying current with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

ยท Strong Digital Marketing and Marketing skills, with experience planning and executing integrated online campaigns.

ยท Hands-on experience with Lead Generation, funnel optimization, and conversion-focused campaign strategies.
ยท Ability to work with Web Analytics tools to measure performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns.
ยท Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and brand tone.
ยท Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
ยท Familiarity with basic design concepts and marketing automation or CRM tools is an advantage.
