First ever SIP call (Which Supports 5G) through ICX in Bangladesh and Mother Telecommunication is the pioneer to establish the nationwide off-net SIP calls. It's a milestone for the telecom industry in Bangladesh, which plan was initiated a few years ago and finally, we can achieve the goal. Today we have tested the call for Grammenphone & Robi through our ICX successfully. :) :)

We are going to recruit System Engineer.

Position – System Engineer, Operation & Maintenance (O&M)

Job Responsibilities:
1. Monitor the system alarm through network monitoring tools.
2. Communicate with connected PLMN (mobile), International Gateway (IGW), Internet Protocol Telephony Service Provider (IPTSP) operators, Nationwide Telecommunication Transmission Network (NTTN), Internet Service Provider (ISP) and equipment vendors through email and verbally.
3. To take immediate steps in case of any alarm or fault and escalate to concerned department or person.
4. Attend all phone calls right at the moment and response of email within short time.
5. Prepare daily reports (Utilization, Minutes, Traffic KPI etc.) and send to management with findings.
6. Complete the assigned job within desired completion time.
7. Perform roster duty on basis 24/7.

Requirements:
1. Knowledge on Telecommunication and Networking.
2. Problem analysis and solving capabilities and able to work under pressure.
3. Must be completed BSc Engineering (ETE, EEE, CSE, ECE) with minimum CGPA 2.5.
4. BSc in ETE completed candidate will get preference.
5. CCNA Course completed candidate will get preference.
7. Good communication skills on writing and oral in English.

Experience: Only fresher candidates.

Salary: Negotiable
